Check the Power Supply

While performing any technical activity assure yourself that you have plugins the cord in the wall socket, the switch isn’t powered off and power cord is not loose or removed from the switch.

If it’s still not working then reset the circuit breaker or fuses and check if the console is still working or not.

Unplug the Electric Cord

Turn off the treadmill and unplug the cord.

Check properly that the console is showing 0 only or buttons are not working.

Gently, unscrew the upper panel from the machine.

Replace the Batteries

Take a standard screwdriver and open the battery compartment inside the console.

Now insert the console key and push the down speed arrow button till the console is turned off. Remove the safety key.

Incline Button

Console settings are mostly the same in all the treadmills but if your incline button is not working yet.

Then insert the safety in and press the incline button. When you see that the incline is changing during this process remove the safety key.

Wait for a few seconds and then again insert the safety key. Now your buttons will work properly.

Adjusting the Reed Switch

• Now remove the motor hood and locate the drive roller pulley.
• Rotate the pulley until the magnet aligns with the end of the reed switch.
• Loosen the reed switch clamp screw.
• Adjust the reed switch until it is within 1/8th of an inch from the magnet.
• Tighten the reed switch clamp screw.
• Attach the motor hood again and turn on the treadmill.
